Thank you for choosing The Kid Nutrition Consult. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, nutrition protocols, consultations, and educational courses that support the health and wellbeing of your child. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Because our products and services are digital and personalized in nature, all sales are FINAL, however the specific terms for each product category are outlined below.
1. Digital Products
This includes: Protocols, Guides (Meal Prep, Snacks, Formula, Homemade Snacks), and Digital Downloads.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for digital products once purchased and delivered. This policy exists because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned.
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of The Kid Nutrition Consult in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)
- You did not receive the product due to a technical error on our end
- The file delivered was corrupted or unusable
To request an exception, please email ask@thekidnutritionconsult.com within 2 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
2. Nutrition Protocols
This includes: Immunity Boosting, Gut Happy, Nourished & Glowing Skin, Healthy Weight Gain, Say Goodbye to Picky Eating, Effortlessly Weaning to Solids, Healthy Weight Loss, Constipation Management, ARFID Management, and Yeast/Candidiasis Overgrowth.
All protocol purchases are non-refundable. Protocols are singular PDF documents delivered digitally upon purchase.
If you have questions about a protocol after purchase, our team is happy to support you:
- You will receive a follow-up email 2 weeks after purchase — please reply with any questions
- You will receive a check-in email 1 month after purchase offering a 20% discount on a consultation booking
We encourage you to take advantage of these follow-up touchpoints before requesting any exception.
3. Consultations
This includes: Clarity, Basic, Premium, VIP, Business Development, Mentorship Program, Retainer, Lab Services, and Follow-Up Consultations.
All consultation bookings are non-refundable. Only certain circumstances will be reviewed at the discretion of The Kid Nutritionist.
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
Clarity (30 min), Follow-Up, Courses (30 min), and Rebooked Consultations: If you are a no-show or more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is forfeited with no opportunity to reschedule.
VIP, Premium, Basic, Lab Interpretation, and Brand Consultations: If you miss the first 20 minutes or do not attend without prior notice, you are entitled to ONE rescheduled session of 40 minutes only. This rescheduled session must be booked within 2 weeks of the original booking date.
Transferable Fees
For VIP, Premium, Basic, and Business/Brand Consultations: consultation fees are valid and transferable to other products or services within 6 months of the original booking date.
Provider Cancellations
The Kid Nutrition Consult may need to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full reschedule at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding.
Mentorship Program
The 12-week Mentorship Program is non-refundable once commenced. If you need to pause the program due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly at ask@thekidnutritionconsult.com to discuss your options.
4. Online Courses
This includes: Immunity Boosting Bootcamp and Managing Developmental Delays with Nutrition Masterclass.
All course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. Courses are delivered through our learning management system and include locked video content and resource materials.
Exceptions may be considered if:
- You were unable to access the course due to a verified technical error on our platform
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase before accessing any course content
No refunds will be issued once course content has been viewed or downloaded.
5. Meal Plans
This includes: Meal Plan BASIC, Meal Plan PLUS, Meal Plan MAX, and Customised Meal Plan.
Standard meal plans are non-refundable once access has been provided. Access is provided via a protected section of our website or Google Drive link.
Customised Meal Plans: A customised meal plan is a returning-client service that requires prior consultation. Once work has commenced on your personalised plan, no refund can be issued. If you have not yet submitted your bio data form, please contact us at ask@thekidnutritionconsult.com within 24 hours of purchase to cancel.
6. How to Request a Review
If you believe you qualify for an exception under this policy, please contact us:

- Include: your name, the product purchased, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. As a Canadian-registered business serving an international client base, we comply with applicable consumer protection legislation including the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta) and PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
